Our traineeship programs are about making the most of your energy and enthusiasm – this is the place for people with real drive and determination. So you’ll find a two year rotational program in either finance, engineering, operations and quality – made up of three eight month rotations across the consumer, pharmaceutical and medical devices & diagnostics segments of the Johnson & Johnson family.
So it’s a unique opportunity to build truly global networks – and to quickly develop a diverse experience base, whether you’ve already been working for a while or not.
Training’s structured – different functions are explored in combination with group courses. It’s multidisciplinary in nature – made up of assignments increasing in responsibility and providing a real grounding in how our business works. And of course, while you learn you contribute – so grow a record of service in a real world setting.
