Step1
Create your profile
How to start? With the creation of your profile. In this way, you can apply for a job, keep your information up-to-date, and stay in touch with us. Your profile only needs to be created once. Do it now.

Step 2
Write your curriculum vitae
Always include a C.V. with your letter of application. This is your visiting card. It will provide more information about you than your application letter. You should take therefore enough time to create a good C.V. Our selection adviser will read your C.V., and will then search for the perfect match with one of our vacancies.

Step 3
Wait for feedback
We will give you feedback quickly by letter, e-mail or telephone. Good news? You will be invited to an application interview. The news is not so good? There are currently no jobs available for which you would qualify. But we will include your C.V. in our candidate pool.

Step 4
Good news? Come to an interview
We invite you to attend a number of interviews with managers from Human Resources and the Recruitment Department. A future colleague is also sometimes involved. Why? To get to know you and to discover your personality, motivation and capacity. Take your chance to ask questions. This will give you a clear picture of our expectations.

Step 5
Take the tests
After the application interviews, you will be asked to carry out one or more tests. We look into your personality and/or a number of necessary basic skills. Specific functions require an extensive assessment exercise – usually via an external selection office.

Step 6
Have a medical test
Our selection procedure is finalized with a medical examination. Our offer will then be discussed thoroughly.
